Temari sushi are small, hand-shaped sushi balls inspired by traditional Japanese embroidered temari toys, topped with colorful ingredients and designed to be eaten in one or two bites. In this small group workshop taught by Jane Hashimawari of Ippai, you will learn how to make temari sushi, complete with recipe, ingredients and some to take home! Jane will also be making miso soup to share with the group. Bring a small cutting board, small knife and your creativity!
