Incense is made to order and will ship to the address provided by you when the incense is completed. Shipping times and costs may vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected. We are not responsible for any delays or issues caused by the shipping carrier.
4. Returns and Refunds
4.1 Return Policy
We accept returns of unopened and unused products within 5 days of the delivery date. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at hi@fumisihome.com. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7 days of receiving the returned product. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
