We invite you to take your time to tassste the thoughtful coffee and tea offerings by the good folks of Slow Bar Ma 間. They will be popping up in the shop in Sunday 3/22 from 12-4p! Their menu includes pour over coffee, a pour over flight (one coffee brewed on three different brewers), usucha matcha, white tea from Spirit tea, and a selection of snacks. We will be setting up a small area for you to sit and sip. Feel free to hang for awhile ~

I first experienced Slow Bar at their regular pop-up at Sunflower Sake and was moved by the intentionality, care, and knowledge they bring to the simple pleasure of enjoying a warm beverage. Kris and Belen are thoughtful stewards of space, and I’m excited to host them at Fumi.
